Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. The service
LirChain lets you receive crypto payments through deposit wallets and one-time payments, follow wallets with the wallet tracker, and pay out from your balance. You use it through the dashboard and the merchant API.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must give a working email address and keep your password and your API keys secret. Everything done with your password or one of your API keys counts as done by you.
Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Plans and fees
A new account starts on the Free plan, which costs nothing and has small limits. You can stay on it or move to a paid plan at any time.
A paid plan is paid from your balance for 30 days at the price shown on the pricing page, and it sets your limits and your fee. It renews by itself every 30 days until you cancel it, which moves you to the Free plan. If your balance does not cover the renewal, you have 3 days to add balance or choose another plan, the Free one included: in that time nothing new can be created, and after it your projects and their data are deleted. Every deposit to a deposit wallet, every transfer to a one-time payment, every payout and every withdrawal costs a percentage of its amount, shown for each plan on the pricing page, and at least $0.10. A deposit in a network's own coin is exchanged into dollars first: the exchange keeps about 0.3%, what it pays out is what the deposit is worth, and our fee is taken from that.
Plan payments and fees are not refunded.
4. Your balance
You have one balance, in dollars. What your customers pay, and what you deposit yourself, is added to it once the transfer is confirmed on the chain: a dollar stablecoin one to one, a network's own coin as what it was exchanged for. You can withdraw your balance as USDT or USDC to a wallet address you give us. A withdrawal on a network where we do not hold enough of that token at that moment waits until we do.
Transfers below $1 are not counted: they are not added to a balance and are not returned.
We only accept the networks and tokens listed in the documentation. Funds sent on another network, in another token or to a deleted wallet may be lost, and we may not be able to recover them.
Check the address of every withdrawal. A transfer on a blockchain cannot be undone.
5. What you may not do
Do not use the service for anything illegal where you or your customers are, including fraud, money laundering, or payments for goods and services that are against the law.
Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and do not use it to receive funds you have no right to.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. Blockchains and the networks we depend on are outside our control, and confirmations can take longer than usual.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
When an account is closed, the balance that is rightfully yours stays available for withdrawal unless the law requires us to hold it.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
See the pricing for plans and fees, and the documentation for the supported networks and tokens.
